II. Rules for using the Online Store

    1. The use of the Online Store is possible provided that the IT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements:
        1. a computer or mobile device with Internet access,

        1. access to e-mail,

        1. Internet Explorer version 11 or later, Firefox version 28.0 or later, Chrome version 32 or later, Opera version 12.17 or later, Safari version 1.1. or later,

        1. enabling Cookies and Javascript in your web browser.

III. Services

    1. The Seller enables the use of free Services via the Online Store, which are provided by us 5 days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

    1. The service of maintaining an Account in the Online Store is available after registration. Registration takes place by filling out and accepting the registration form, available on one of the pages of the Online Store. The agreement for the provision of the Service consisting in maintaining an Account in the Online Store is concluded for an indefinite period and is terminated when the Customer sends a request to delete the Account or uses the "Delete Account" button. 

    1. The Customer may receive commercial information from the Seller in the form of messages sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer (Newsletter Service). To do this, provide a valid e-mail address or activate the appropriate field in the registration form or Order form. 

    1. The Seller has the right to organize occasional competitions and promotions, the terms of which will be provided on the Store's websites each time. Promotions in the Online Store cannot be combined, unless the Terms and Conditions of a given promotion state otherwise.

    1. If the Customer breaches the provisions of these Regulations, the Seller, after a prior unsuccessful request to cease or remove the violations, setting an appropriate deadline, may terminate the contract for the provision of Services with a notice period of 14 days.

§2 SPOSABOUTB CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

V. Procedure for concluding a Sales Agreement

    1. Information about the Goods provided on the Store's websites, in particular their descriptions, technical and operational parameters and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude an Agreement, within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.

    1. All Goods available in the Online Store are brand new and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.

    1. The condition for placing an Order is to have an active e-mail account.

    1. In the event of placing an Order via the Order form available on the website of the Online Store, the Order is submitted to the Seller by the Customer in electronic form and constitutes an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement for the Goods that are the subject of the Order. An offer submitted in electronic form binds the Customer if the Seller sends a confirmation of acceptance of the Order for fulfillment to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, which constitutes the Seller's declaration of acceptance of the Customer's offer and upon its receipt by the Customer, the Sales Agreement is concluded.

§PLATNOSCI AND DELIVERY

1.All orders are processed after the payment has been received.

    1. Delivery time is up to 3 business days from the moment payment is received. Please note that if you select 24-hour shipping, your order will not be delivered the next day! For shipments to Poland, shipments are made every Thursday. Delivery time is up to 7 business days.

    1. In case of personal collection, the Customer pays only the amount equal to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs.

4.Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

NOTE: ACCORDING TO ROYAL MAIL REGULATIONS, THE 24H TRACKING OPTION DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY OF THE PARCEL THE NEXT DAY 

Design Lab is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect address details provided when placing the order or failure to provide an address after payment (this delays the shipment)

If the parcel is not collected, the cost of return and re-sending is borne by the buyer.

§4 SAFETY AND USE OF PRODUCTS

    1. Product safety:
        • All products offered in the design-lab.uk store, including ceramic mugs with sublimation printing, are made of materials that meet applicable European Union standards regarding safety and food contact.

        • Sublimation inks used for printing comply with REACH regulations, ensuring chemical safety.

    1. Customer responsibility:
        • The customer is obliged to use the products in accordance with their intended purpose and to follow the recommendations for care and use to ensure their long-term and safe use.

§6 COMPLAINTS

    1. If it turns out that the delivered goods are defective, inconsistent with the order or damaged, the Ordering Party has the right to exchange the goods for new ones. The customer is obliged to immediately inform the seller by e-mail within 14 working days of receiving the shipment. After this time, complaints will not be considered.

    1. The complaint will be considered within 7 business days.

    1. In the event of a complaint regarding damage to the shipment during transport, the Customer must have a damage report and immediately contact Design Lab employees, attaching photos of the damaged product, including a photo of the packaging. 

    1. Returns will not be considered for orders for "personalized" goods, i.e. individual goods, i.e. those containing names, surnames, etc. specified by the customer, except for situations where the product does not match the customer's order.
